Consultations to discuss your case are always free.  We will conduct a first interview with the you over the phone and, it is determined that more detail is needed regarding the situation that brings you to us, an in-person consultation will be scheduled as soon as possible. Regardless of whether we take your case or not, you will not be charged in any way to discuss your situation and receive an opinion.

When we take your case, we collect no fee unless you are paid for your injuries.
