When you meet with me to discuss your case, consultations are always free.

When you retain me to represent you, you pay me no fee.  All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.  That means I only collect a fee if you are compensated for your injuries. And if you're not compensated, then neither am I.

In the event that we are unable to resolve your case before trial, or in the event the case is lost at trial, all expenses associated with going to trial will be my responsibility.

If because of your injury you are in the hospital or otherwise unable to come to my offices, I, or one of my investigators will be happy to come to you.
